"My family and I were treated with the upmost disrespect on Monday of this week when we went to our appointment with this lady, Adriana. We did our taxes with her last year and she was going to be our tax lady for years to come. Except when we went to her office this year, she showed signs of stress and frustration due to the time of tax season. It's understandable that she is under stress. What her issue is, is that she doesn't know how to handle the stress and she took it out on us by yelling and aggressively insulting my daughter in front of us. My daughter is only a year old and it was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to even bring my daughter into her conversation. She wasted our time and took our money for an extension. She then told us to leave and kept telling us stuff on the way out. My family and I were super uncomfortable and puzzled by her treatment but we can get our taxes done anywhere else and felt that anyone who was considering using her service should know that she cannot cope with too much business at once and you may get cussed out and yelled at if you have questions. She also likes to call past 9 PM and won't book you for morning appointments. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HER. SHE GETS 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE."
