"Called their office to ask a simple question in regards to an employment tax form. Their office kept asking will you be filing your taxes which I said not at this time. They told me they will call back to setup an appointment or answer my question over they phone but they never did. Based on their reviews they seem to be legit but I think if you do not plan to file your taxes with them, they would ignore you. I would have been fine with a consultation fee to get my question answered."
