"DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE!!! Worst possible place to do your taxes they messed up twice on my paperwork and waited a long time to let me know! Place is dirty and loud, Alex is by far the worst one there since he does not know what he's doing ( he committed the mistakes on my paperwork ) never even called to let me know my check had arrived! No customer service experience whatsoever it's a wonderful they're still open! They over charge you for a job NOT Abell done!"

"DONT GO THERE!!! I asked them how much they charge to file the taxes and the guy told me "Oh" "the system will tell us after we are done with the paperwork" They gave me the $50 dollars cash which I was "OK" this is nice. They told me the total amount the IRS was going to refund me. When I check the status on the IRS website "where's my refund" I entered the amount I was told and the IRS page kept showing an error that it was incorrect. So I requested a copy of my taxes WHICH they should give it to us when they file the taxes BUT NOOO they don't give you any copies so don't see how much they charge. They will tell you that you can get your copies after you received your refund!!! This is not right!! they should give you copies the same day because they can change the numbers and steal you money. I feel I got ripped of because They charge $500 for filing the taxes for you. Go else where people and pay at front and request your copies that very moment. I will never file my taxes there!!!! I know they charge for the service but it will be fair to charge from $100-$130 But NOT $500 This is my earned hard working money!!! If you don't believe me check how much they ripped you off with. I felt robbed because I asked before I start filling the taxes and they will involve you with any conversation so you forget to ask again."
