"I did my taxes here in 2022 and got a pretty decent return. I was very happy with the customer service and I was honestly prepared to do my taxes here every year. This year 2023 they dropped the ball super hard! I got the worst tax return I ever got in my entire life! Basically I got enough money to fill my car with gas. I got there like 2 hours early too. I couldn't believe it! I live in Fontana. So I will never be back here. I'm not going to spend gas money driving to Corona, only to get enough money back on my tax return, for gas to get back home. Super disappointing!"
