"She is really unprofessional and unreliable and leave me the worst experience. Stay away from her if you look for a trusty CPA! She used to work on my business tax for two years. Tax return due date for small business is March 15, so I called her in the end of February to confirm her tax service. She told me not to worry and would finish everything before the deadline. However, while I called her on March 9, she hasn't worked on my business tax. I called again on March 13 and you know what..... she told me she is too busy on others' taxes and she doesn't want to do my business tax because she thinks she can't make more money from my business. Then she left me 2 days to seek a new accountant in the hot season. Honestly I don't know how to describe my feeling at that time. I understand she can be snobbish as a business woman, but she should be professional at least. If you don't want to work on my business tax, you let me know earlier or in the beginning. She take it but then kick it out because she can make more money from others...... She is in bad faith for me. Please consider carefully before you choose her as your CPA!"
