"DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! Randy Orr was retained by my prior counsel in my divorce. His numbers were inflated, his billing was inconsistent with testimony given in declarations and in the end, when I asked for my retainer refund, he sent me a bill that overcharged me hourly rates and offered me a $250 refund. It was supposed to be $5747.50. I contacted him in March 2022 to ask what additional documents he needed for a MTC. He ignored me. I contacted him again the following week as our court date was pending, again, blew me off for another 2 months. Obviously, I was unable to get the info I needed in time for our hearing. In May, I reached out again, called, emailed, and he finally texted me back. I then asked him for an account statement, which took another week or more. This was the first billing statement I had received since I retained his firm in 2021. The retainer agreement said we would receive monthly statements. We did not. The billing statement was completely inconsistent and he overcharged me $5747. I was polite, sent an email with the corresponding documents and signed retainer agreement, thinking it was an honest mistake and allowing him time to fix it. After a very rude text exchange, he committed to sending the refund on June 13, 2022. I have yet to receive a dime. He has been extremely unprofessional, ignores my calls, texts, emails, and now has me blocked. I am going to start the arbitration process and will be asking for a full refund of my $20,000 in fees since his numbers were so inconsistent, we cant even use them in court. In short, he is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Other attorney's I've spoken to say their firm is not allowed to use him as a rule. Now I know why."
