"Tax payer & Small Biz Owner BEWARE!!!! I had Cheung & Chu (C&C) file my S Corp by end of Dec. 17, 2019 (See date on receipt). I was told to wait for the filing confirmation in February 2020. Months gone by, I was patiently waiting...and waiting, and waiting... In end of October 2020, I have received a "delinquency" notice (See image). I was furious, all the time I have been waiting for merely just to learn I had served by incompetent accountancy service. The staff who file my S Corp "argued" that she had called me numerous times and left message but I never respond. In fact, there was NO phone calls at all (I can proof it with phone records). This accountant service not only lied but also charged something they did NOT provided, this definitely will back fire this accounting firm. Now the tax season is approaching, I have found another accountant to file my 2020 tax. I was told my S Corp did not file complete. Better yet, C&C told my new accountant, I was told on how to file for myself, and if I want to complete filing S Corp, C&C will charge more to do so. Now, I am proceeding to file complaint with the California Board of Accountancy (CBA), BBB, FTC and other authorities on their incompetency. I would recommend you do the same if you have encountered similar situation. Yes, I took a video when I went to their office to pick up the box. They had a pile of (Company filing) boxed on their desk waiting on owners to "claim" ownership. So, if you had C&C file for your company, you have to stay on top and call them because C&C will not call you if you did not receive the delinquency notice."
