"The owner of Silver Eagle Trucking was very rude when I filed a complaint against one of his drivers. The driver of a semi truck pulled out in front of me on the highway causing me to almost hit him and his tires kicked up a huge rock which chipped my windshield. I contact the owner and he was extremely rude about the whole situation. He first asked how I got the companies phone number and questioned why my phone number was an out of town number. After he spoke with the driver he called me back to tell me the driver saw me and still pulled out and that I should have changed lanes. I told the owner how can I change lanes with there were cars next to me."
