I hired your company’s services to ensure my income tax return was completed correctly, error free, and in line with what is requested by the IRS and the CA State Board of Equalization. This is the first time I am having this situation because of a "PIN number” that the tax prepared did not ask for or mentioned, so it is obvious that the tax preparer did not follow all the necessary instructions to complete the forms.
