"I have a tax pro named Ana Ramos and this entire tax season has been a nightmare because of her. My California taxes were filed late, she doesn’t respond to my emails, and I have been trying to obtain a copy of my IRS tax returns and she hasn’t responded for weeks. I regret ever filing through H&R. My tax pro works at this location. I even booked an appointment call with her and she never called. H&R tried to file a ticket with her supervisor for me as well and they also never replied. Please avoid Ana as your tax pro! I’m going to have to report her to the IRS."

"I worked with Ana Ramos at this location and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business, especially one that is handling such sensitive information. She said she was going to file my contractors' 1099s and when she filled out the forms, she made a bunch of mistakes, including misspelling my name and entering in the wrong earning amounts. When I called to have her correct them, I was told I would have to make an appointment. I did this three times and she never called me back. When I called the office and finally got on the phone with me, she passed me around to her other colleagues, and finally someone let me know she was "too busy" to keep working with me and that she didn't have time to fix it. I come to find out she never even sent them to the IRS. I had an awful experience and encourage you to get your taxes done elsewhere."
