I had a phone call appointment two months ago and after sending Bertha Dominguez all my documentations she only took five minutes of her time and ask me only two questions and then ended the conversation by saying she would get back to me. I waited three days and NO CALL BACK. I called her receptionist and she told me she was busy with another client and that she would give me a call back. I did this run around THREE MORE TIMES! STILL NO CALL BACK after TWO MONTHS. Now my worry is this questionable lady has my information (SS#, Bank Info, ect..) and I have no way of knowing if MY INFORMATION is safe. DO NOT GO TO HER IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND INFORMATION."
