"I've been coming here for some years now, and it's always the same problem.... Having an appointment is worthless. My appointment time was at 10:30a... I'm still here waiting to be seen 2 and a half hours later. I understand it's busy and they have a lot of clientele but what's the point of making an appointment if they're not going to honor it? And then they're offering me to leave my paperwork and they'll do an extension? What about the 2.5 hours (and counting) that I've waited?
