"I’ve never had any problems with the IRS until I did my taxes with this place, they added credits to my account that I was not able to verify and I know they were just trying to give me more money on my refund but that’s not the way to go about things, I will not be returning to this place and to anyone thinking about doing their taxes there make sure you know what you’re signing for and don’t agree to anything that you can’t verify. Yes they were nice but not as professional as I thought, my whole refund went straight to IRS and I wonder if they knew what they were doing the whole time."
