"He did my taxes for the past three years and I thought we had a good relationship. I needed some info from a one of the past years returns. He said he could send me another copy of the tax return. I said, just email it to the same email address that he had sent this year's return, only some months earlier. He said no problem. Later he sent me an email questioning my identity. So I called him up to see what the problem was. He didn't trust my identity. I pointed out that only months earlier , he had send this year's tax return to the same address.
