"20 minutes late to pick up my daughter and then called me to complain that she wasn't out there waiting. The drive was so completely rude to both me and her. When I asked the driver for his employee info so I could report his behavior he got even ruder. He then called me back 10 minutes later pretending to be a manage. If I could give this company lower than 1 star, I would."

"I’ve tried several other transportation companies in the Rochester area and Swift Ride is definitely the one I plan to make our go-to. Customer service: The dispatcher and driver were very courteous and communicative for pickup and drop off. Timeliness: The company gave us us a clear window of time and came earlier letting us know they were at our home and we could take our time. Vehicle and Trip: The driver was very gentle and made my elderly mother feel safe throughout the trip and their vehicles have the most up to date technology. Finding a reliable transportation company has been difficult and I’m glad that’s one less thing we have to worry about."
