"I thought rem joy was a good company when I started but as time would tell to save money, they wanted you to take an hour lunch and clock out. then take a 30 min break and clock out just to save money. I reported several times of how bad this company is they been fined several times I wouldn't even put my loved one in any of their vans. They do not care about safety as I reported it several times but I will let you be the judge of it"

"Schedule your ride for 15-30 mins PRIOR to your needed pick-up time, because they run at least this late as a rule. When you call to see where your ride is they will tell you that "your driver is just around the corner er", or, "they will be there in a minute or two", but, in reality, your driver will be nowhere near you. Most days, I believe that they don't actually send out a driver until you call to inquire as to your ride's location."

"My first experience with their transportation and they are over 45 minutes late. They are going to have me late to see my cardiologist on my first visit. I explained numerous times how to get to my address. They don't follow instructions well. At the last minute they cancelled because they still couldn't locate me at my home address in Genoa, Minnesota. This guy has been driving around Byron for over 30 minutes. I told him when he called that I have a Byron mailing address but the physical location is Genoa. If they had put the address into Google maps or GPS they would have been here on time. Now they are making excuses and blaming me."

"Terrible service. I work for a provider in Rochester, MN and patients that use this for transportation wait AT LEAST an hour and a half. My office closes at 5pm and there have been numerous instances that we have kept the lobby open for them to wait after hours. Absolutely disrespectful to their clients time and ours as well. My most recent experience I called at 330 to say their client was ready and was told 20 minutes. I called again 30 minutes later to check up on the ride and was told it would be 20 more minutes. I called back 20 minutes later and was put on hold for 6 minutes before I was hung up on. I called back and was immediately put on hold. I hung up, called back again, said I would not be put on hold and asked where the ride was. I was told another 20 minutes. I said that our office closes at 5pm and he said "Oh, we'll be there way before that". Here we are. After 5pm and still no ride. This is the worst service I have ever seen. I recommend no one use this as they are unreliable and do not hold true to what they say at all. It is truly a crime and injustice that I cannot give them ZERO STARS as one star definitely does not reflect their true rating."

"Run from here as fast as you can. Feared for my life too many times which is AT ALL. My driver was a very aggressive driver passing people at 80mph with no more than 5ft between us plus the guy kept almost nodding off. Then im forced to schedule with them again (insurance thing) and they LOOSE my appointment so i have to reschedule with my doctor. This company should get off the roads before they hurt someone. You people are a shameful discredit to foreign drivers EVERYWHERE!"
