"We were guaranteed that our move would only be $350 for moving a studio apartment 2 miles away. The move took 2.5 hours and we were billed for $700. When I inquired why we were overcharged, they stated they ESTIMATED it would only take an hour and wanted to make it seem like they were "matching" another quote ($350) from a different moving company so we would go with them. Extremely deceptive and disappointing!!! If we would have known that we were being charged by the time, we would have helped out and cut that time in half. Would not recommend!!"

"Great crew of workers! Came in on the early side of the scheduled arrival time and got right to work. We did a quick walk through of items to be loaded, they laid down floor and carpet protectors, and then they started wrapping things up. Had our 4-bed, 2400 sq ft home packed up in 3 hrs (we did small stuff separately on our own, though they offered that service as well). Unloading was a breeze, finished in about 2.5 hrs. They were super careful with our stuff, really felt like I didn’t have to worry about our possessions, even the really heavy ones (piano, couple dozen large furniture items, etc). Would definitely use again, also had the best price for the service provided."
