"My mother and I have had this Allstate complete our taxes for over a decade. NO MORE. I don't know what happened to Sonia and her team, but the new CEO Linda, and her team are NOT tax professionals. I submitted my forms this morning, after making contact last week; and received an email basically saying, in short, "[They] are not prepared to provide [tax consultant] support at this time." I don't know when they may be prepared to provide such support, but I would think tax season would be the prime season. (I guess I was wrong.) I was not given any referrals by Linda or her team, or any additional assistance, aside from a "Good luck with your taxes this year." Aside from this being a huge inconvenience (given that no one else has ever prepared my taxes, and we're a month out from April 15), I am disappointed that I've been so loyal to this branch for them only to dismiss me in such an unprofessional manner. You're better off doing your taxes on your own if you're able to, or going to actual tax professions. This aint it!"
