"I did a walk in and I came because i had questions about my taxes and the lady rudely said you can ask them. IN THE LOBBY NOT EVEN TOOK ME TO A DESK OR OFFICE. And I tell her what i need and she tells me oh u need to call yourself. THEN WHAT IS THIS PLACE FOR? She didn’t took time to look at my documents or nothing to help me with my tax situation. For no reason with that attitude I did not feel welcome. She did not wanted to service me for no reason. She didn’t even know my background or nothing of me at all and all I got was “then your gonna have to call” if I’m here is because I need help with my taxes why would you say then your gonna have to call not know my case.
