"Usually a good place to go. I will say though that the random closures are kind of a pain. I deliver packages regularly for work on my way home and it sucks driving there just to find out they're closed. I'm not sure if they put up signage saying they will be closed prior to them actually closing for vacation or not and maybe I just dont see it."

"This business shut down for several weeks after accepting an expensive & important package from UPS. Their voicemail said they were taking a vacation. I was able to get in contact with them and ask about getting the package sooner, based on its acuity. Their responses were rude and threatening, and I ended up having to wait until the end of their vacation. I went to the store the minute they opened (9:00), and the place was absolutely TRASHED inside. I cannot believe this is allowed to be a functioning "business". I also don't understand how they are allowed to keep people's things hostage for weeks, with no warning of a closure?? What an unprofessional experience all around. I am shocked that UPS uses this as an Access Point."
