"I moved out of state and she filed my taxes incorrectly showing that my income was made in California when i moved to Indiana. So California is now trying to make me pay state tax that i didn't earn there. My mom has been trying to get ahold of her to get an amendment and she does not answer. When i try calling her voicemail just says she is closed until January of next year.. how does a tax preparer stay closed and unable to answer any questions regarding your taxes until the following year???"

"If their was a 0 option I would of put that. Their sign says they open at ten, My husband and I arrived at that time and we had to wait about 40 minutes out side because no one was there. Once they finally opened my husband told them about how we were waiting for a long time and the lady just stayed quite . She was rude and she still charged him to get his copies. She was the younger lady with blonde hair. Horrible service!"
