"Typically very helpful except for today. A specific employee asked for my name and number because the system is down, I gave her the information and then asked what it was for (trying to understand if I would need to come back or keep the return codes). All I got from her was condescending, rude responses. Please remember that it’s okay for your customers to ask questions without having to deal with your poor attitude, even if your systems are down. If you don’t enjoy working with customers, it might be time to find a job that is not in any type of service industry."

"Can't say enough good things about this place. Excellent customer service. Great value for printing jobs. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. I've used this store for going on six years and have never been disappointed."

"Needed 2 pages printed out for pickup about 3:30. I called in and Tara said email it over and they would try to have it done. I emailed it at 12:41. I received a follow up email stating that it was printed @ 1:15. When my wife stopped in to pick it up, assuming it was Tara she said that it wasn't printed out yet. My wife waited for approximately 10 minutes while other customers were helped, some of which came in afterwards, a gentleman helped her and he said it is here in the table. So in 1 minute he was able to help my wife get was needed and get out. My opinion is my wife was the customer in front of, again assuming it was Tara, and she should have been helped."
