"I started riding with Lifts Transportation in early December. I ride three days a week round trip to Brainerd from Aitkin. I have had drivers that are On time, patient, respectful, polite, professional, kind and considerate... Oh and GREAT drivers on the road and in all types of conditions! This was a big deal to me. It also makes me feel confident about the trips when i see drivers who are stocked with emergency kits and supplies. I have been AMAZED at the service received. Not ONE driver has been less than GREAT in my book! One morning I came outside to find my steps shoveled COMPLETELY when I hadn't been able to do it myself because I didn't have a shovel that could handle the compacted snow and underlying ice. My driver that morning had brought a shovel and cleared my steps while waiting for me AND asked if I minded if he continued working on my deck as my partner finished getting ready!! He ALSO gifted us the shovel so we wouldn't have to be without one while waiting for the delivery of ours!! Matt, you're a 5 star guy!! This is just an example of the type of experience I have had with this company!! The dispatchers Karen and Kay, they're some top notch ladies as well. They are polite, professional and on top of their duties! I have called a few times in a panic wondering if I am ok for my rides because I'm used to having to set rides up every couple weeks and they have assured me that they would contact me if I should expect a hiccup in service or if any changes to the schedule were made. If you have a choice of who you ride with, I would absolutely with confidence suggest that you ask about LIFTS TRANSPORTATION. The drivers are great, the dispatchers are polite and helpful ALSO: the vehicles are ALL well maintained, clean, comfortable, safe and equipped with the passengers needs in mind."
