"Brought something in for them to pack and ship. Included a 24 font typed paper with address so no confusion as to location to be shipped based on my poor penmanship. This shipment charge was at price I expected. The "few dollars more" to pack for me turned out to be close to $5. But I paid and assumed my package would arrive to receiver without incident. I could not have been more wrong! First, the young lady who helped me entered the wrong zip code, then, even though it wasn't the right city, selected another city to send it. I didn't realize until I got home and looked at tracking. I called right away. Ryan was super nice and said he would call usps to make sure it was corrected. However package went to wrong city and I was on the phone with USPS four times until it eventually was rerouted (2 weeks later) to the correct address and city. I will never use this place again."

Should have been an ABC sort of thing, but no my senior years showed, I could not get the procedure to do what I needed. The lady gave me her attention promptly when people had been attended to. A high five to this service establishment."
