"Do not recommend - I looked into MKE Shuttle for our wedding in April of 2024. I spoke with Steve on the phone initially and at first he was very detailed to make sure he matched us with the right fleet. I asked him for pricing in which he told me over the phone and then sent over a follow up email. After comparing pricing and talking with my Fiance we decided to move forward with MKE Shuttle until our second phone call. Steve was telling me I didn't need a 56 passenger shuttle even though we have a wedding of roughly 160-200 guests. I plan events for a living and while I try to take the experts opinion into consideration he just wasn't listening to me (the client) and what I wanted. I walked him through how I saw the day going and he was telling me how to run my own wedding. He started arguing with me about how I was wanting the transportation to be executed on the day of. I was wanting 1 56 passenger to transport guest and 1 24 passenger for the bridal party. He was instant on only hav a 24 passenger the whole evening. Next when I confirmed pricing he said "I would need to check on that, but I think it will be $XX" which ended up being more expensive than his original numbers to me and what I based all my comparisons on. When I called him out on this, he told me he didn't remember telling me that and he said he worded it as "I'm guessing the price will be $xx" I proceeded to say, if you're giving someone a quote I'm not going to assume you're guessing on the price as I'm basing all of my comparisons to this number. He again argued with me and I told him I would need to look at other options and he said "Yeah, I think you should and hung up on me". Terrible customer service. Proceed with caution."

"Stephen is one of the most honest guys in the business. He did an excellent job communicating and helping plan the shuttle schedule for our wedding. On the day of our wedding the shuttle was on time and ran as many times as it needed too. The shuttle even stayed late at the end of the night while we tried to gather the wedding party. Would recommend them to anyone."
