"I posted a long review but 4got the star deal. I hope it comes thru. In short Tim is hands down THE BEST IN THIS BUSINESS POST PANDEMIC AND PRE PANDEMIC! Most drivers wont even acknowledge a person anymore. I was blown away by Tim ( the owner ) and his professional, personal, and extremely respectful treatment of myself and others.Also the cleanest vehicle Ive bn in considering he has people getting in and out all day! Thank you Tim. U will always have my EXCLUSIVE business from this day on. I've nothin but respect 4 this owner and anyone who continues to provide a service for the private and public sectors in these post pandemic times. I know it Has 2 Be Tough! "I was in a jam. My ride did not show for work and the other local cabs as well as the Milwaukee county cabs were either not picking up their phone nor we're not interested to take a occupant from Waukesha to Oconomowoc. The driver did show within l 10 minutes very polite However because of my situation I was looking to possibly hire him to drive me to and from work the driver who also said was the owner said he would put together a flat rate reasonable one to do this the man did come back to pick me up from work to drive me back to Waukesha and then wanted to charge me the same rate he said he had to still think about what a flat rate would be and we made a time that I would call him over the weekend to figure this out when I did reach out to this man over the weekend he did not accept my calls I then had my friend to touch base with him to see what was going on he never responded or answered his phone I found that he was again polite respectful the vehicle was clean but he did not follow through with what he said he would do and I thought that was very rude to not at least answer the phone to tell me that he was not interested anymore I was not happy about this and found his behavior to be quite odd and unprofessional. on our way to Oconomowoc when the man was in pursuit after picking me up was mentioning that he did not appreciate people on his ratings on the internet to show that he is not a very good company and claims that people write bad things about him because they are bored and have nothing else to do. For the record what I have written is true"

"Unlicensed service. Be aware of the dangers. Oh WOW! The owner of Let'z Bounce decided to attack me rather than prove me wrong. Step 1. If you're crazy enough to call him, ask him for his Waukesha Cab Drivers License. Step 2. Ask him for his Taxi service license certificate (It should be on his back bumper.) and have a paper copy. Step 3. Ask him to see his taxi insurance policy. Not just his insurance card... but the insurance policy stating that he has $1,000,000 worth of liability insurance. Again.. Stranger Danger!!!"

"I have used Tim's driving services many times and he has always been top notch in his field! The most recent is when Tim took us to the Chicago O'Hare airport for an international flight from metro Milwaukee area and then picked us up when we returned at midnight(!). Tim has always been prompt, dependable, friendly in a spotless vehicle!"
