"They lose packages that are supposed to be shipped. Even with tracking number they say they don’t have information on it and then say it was sent. They’ll give you a number that doesn’t even work to check on it. I have 90$ worth of things floating around and no one can tell me where my package is. It’s a joke."

"Oh my God this place is so amazing. I had a bad experience with fed FedEx up on White Bear. They told me that they cannot return the Amazon product and the app and return it. FedEx told me that the product is too big and that I had to pay out-of-pocket just to return to Amazon. I came to this locations and their employees are very awesome. They tipped at the box minimize it and said this is the way it supposed to be done however, the only get to return one of my products from Amazon and they told me that this is not the way it supposed to be done this. The way is done. They even print out the picture and print out the tags and put it on my box And I had to go back there and take it back to FedEx on White Bear and it was a very very very shocking thing from someplace because I had all the information that they’re supposed to provide me. This place is awesome. I recommend people come here a lot."

"I was helped by the owner of this store this morning and she went above and beyond to assist me with a return shipment to repair an iPad. I was having a tough day and she was kind, helpful and provided packing assistance on my shipment. I would definitely come back here for the excellent service."

"They said the package I was sending would arrive on Monday and it instead arrived 3 days earlier, if this is consistent they gotta give themselves more credit, very good job by the employees."
