"Used to be one of the best! They knew who you were, treated you like a person and cared that you were their customer. When they first merged to become spire, the customer service dropped a notch, started becoming less of a personable bank. Then they merged and became blaze. Now it's awful, you no longer matter if you bank with them or leave. They treat you like garbage, they don't know or care that you've been with them your whole life. They only want your money, but don't care if you pick up and leave. They have no customer service skills and don't call people back. It's really tragic to see a local bank go to a big, your just a number bank. I do not recommend!"

"They are sooo slooow, I was the only person in line and to make a single check deposit and it took forever. I actually dropped my husband off for a haircut at great clips, drove to the bank and directly back to pick him up and he was done and waiting for me... It is painful banking here and we moved to them from US Bank because they are open earlier, later, and Saturday morning."

"Beware!!! This bank has a policy that a maximum of $2,000 a day can be withdrawn from your savings. So if you are planning to buy a new car, or something expensive and want to pay cash, plan ahead and "order" your cash in advance because you will have to wait 10 days. This is completely ridiculous! Who are they to tell me how much money I can get out of my savings per day? Will be closing all of my accounts with Spire...."
