"I ordered a cab online 2 hours in advance. I had the email confirmation confirming said pick up. This was to a meeting since my car isn’t running. 3 roles around, they have not showed up. I cal no one answered. They call back 20 minutes later. Said that I had to do online 24hrs in advance, the website does NOT say that. They asked if I was going home from the airport. I advised it was a meeting. They stated that they only do rides to the airport. The website does NOT say that and promotes other types of cab rides they do as well not just airport. The gentlemen hung up on me when I advised the website said no such thing. This is why Uber and Lyft are taking over."

"DON'T RISK YOUR SCHEDULE WITH THIS COMPANY! I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Booked a 5am pickup from my home in the suburbs, heading to the airport. No sign of them by 5:05 so I start calling. No answer, voicemail only. By 5:10 I start calling other taxi services, but no one has a cab anywhere near me. No call, no show. Ended up driving myself. I'll probably have a $300 parking fee instead of a $60 fare now. Still can't get ahold of them to find out what their deal is. I'm not even sure this is a legitimate service. Horrible experience! In response to the reply, I would be happy to send copies of the email confirmation I received when I scheduled the pickup, the phone logs of my attempts to call the company, and the email chain that resulted from this, including trying to find someone to get my car out of the airport parking garage to avoid the parking fees. (The three days of parking that I was charged for came to just under $90.) Their reply to my review at least showed up three weeks late, whereas a taxi never actually showed up at all."
