"Basically long story short we had three very bad experiences with this company and we should have taken notice the first time. From late penalties from the irs because Johnathan some how paid my federal taxes to the state, to a full on disappearance when we were waiting on Ron filing proper paper work for an LLC. He lied multiple times saying he was sending it, or that it was already sent and we should have gotten verification, to straight up saying he was mia bc of a family emergency. This was after I'd asked him to simply communicate if there would be delays bc emergencies happen. If he had t lied I might have been strung along even more as a customer. In the end, we had to figure.out how to file for LLC S corp ourselves and just barely made the deadline! So sad to say... Avoid. They're slimey."

"I had my taxes done here based on a recommendation...I tried contacting them regarding my taxes, they told me I didnt have to pay what I owed because i would be receiving a tax refund. I haven't received any refunds and now the IRS sent me a letter saying to pay what I owe plus interest for not paying on time... the other company I had my taxes done with would do the tax payments for me, for about the same price."

"Best tax service around. Ron Smith is good, always is up to date with the new tax laws. Not only do they do your taxes but they handle everything afterwards like audits or if you need an extension. He is very knowledgeable and you can ask for advice on what you need to do to resolve your issues. I've been going to him since he was in Huntington Beach. He's been doing my taxes for at least 20 yrs"

"Avoid at all costs. Not worth the headache. They filed my taxes with several notable mistakes (expenses and deductions) and omissions (HSA) plus they did not know you could only contribute a combined $5,500 into a Roth and Traditional IRA. They advised me to go over this limit, not knowing doing so would incur a penalty. Beyond this lack of basic understanding of IRAs and despite giving them a fairly comprehensive excel with my financial statements, they got various deductions and expenses wrong. When asked how they came up with the numbers, they did not have an answer. I tried for a week to get answers until they finally asked me to come in, at 830 on a Friday only to get nothing accomplished, no answers or clarity. They asked I come back after their 2-week vacation to file an extension after asking me (and me declining) to wait till they are back from vacation and incur a small penalty. I am trying to find another accountant who can help me sort through the mess. Avoid. Not worth any more let alone $220."
