"The UPS Store came through big for us when we needed a last-minute replacement order of marketing postcards for the Senior GO Show in Duluth. We submitted an order after 5-pm on a Monday, and had postcards in-hand first thing the next morning as the store was opened (with a smile). "I expect that promoted services will work as they are supposed to and this store failed miserably. Their QR code, show and go shipping service is supposed to be quick and easy but because the employees at this store did not then properly affix a label to my package, it was lost in St Paul. UPS is "unable" to tell me at which location it was lost so that I may go search for it myself and the process for compensation has been so long and painful that it has been abandoned after no less than 16 calls to customer service and the claims department."
