"I had to leave a star to leave a review or else I wouldn’t have left one!! I went into the Lodi Liberty Tax at approx 1:30pm on 1/31/23 and when my boyfriend and I entered the office we saw a woman sitting down on her phone who had just looked up at us. I greeted the woman with a “Hello” and she responded with a wave and she sat on her phone still!! She then just continued to stare at us and didn’t put her phone down not once or ask how she could be of help. I felt the woman was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. I looked over at my boyfriend and told him I wanted to leave because I didn’t feel comfortable or the professionalism. As we turned and began to walk away she says “What… you don’t want to get your taxes done?!” In the most RUDEST TONE!! Sad that she couldn’t put her phone down to help a potential customer. I will describe her as medium color skinned, older woman early 50’s, reddish brownish hair with some grey, wearing glasses. I later called to try and make an appointment with another agent and the woman on the phone said she was the only one there and I asked for a manager on duty. She said SHE IS THE MANAGER!!!! LAST THING I WANTED TO HEAR!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Hope that changes and people read this!"
