"I have been coming here for the past 15 years or so, that says a lot about the office. The tax preparer is friendly, knows us well as well as our situation, is friendly, knowledgeable, no fuss, and takes care of us. Gives us good advice as well."

"After years of using the same preparer, I had to file later, and she wasn't available. The preparer that "helped" me this time was awful. I had an appointment in April close to the filing deadline. I needed more time to gather my paperwork, so I went online and was able to reschedule my appointment. After I confirmed the new appointment, I canceled the previous one. Shortly after that, I was notified by phone that the system had allowed me to make a non-existent appointment and that there were no more appointments available before the deadline. So, I had to file extensions."

"Agent did not give me a quote before conducting work. Agent did not ask me about all of my documents being ready, as I was asking for help to get these ready before doing work. Agent did not fill out forms properly. I now have to have it redone. It seemed agent was only after my money instead of helping me figure out my taxes."

"Left taxes in March and my taxes will now be done on April 18th at 6 pm. Thanks to the front desk girl,Irene, who is completely useless. Never had any ability to talk to my tax preparer. She didn’t even call to cancel an appointment with me when she was sick. They also missed seeing info in my folder! Twice! UNPROFESSIONAL and caused huge stress as I am on social security and have limited funds for monthly budget! Do not use Melissa! I made a total of six trips to this office to try and find out what was going on!"

"Arrived at my appointment to find out they didn't have anyone to serve me. There was one person there just to tell people they couldn't be helped that day. Its understandable that life happens, but at least have someone to call your appointments as a heads up. BUT, the person that was there was very kind and had me go to the livermore location where they provided excellent service. Would've been 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of communication and waste of time."
