"I have done my taxes previous years with Five Star Tax Service at a different location (the one on Story Rd. and had a great experience) and this past year I saw a location pop up much closer to my home. So I called up the main number on a Monday evening after work to see if I could drop by and do my personal income taxes. Jose, the owner, picked up and said to come on by. Lots of availability and so I dropped by the same day. Overall, super impressed by Jose's service and competency. He was careful with making sure he had all my documents in order and that I was not being double taxed as some of my documents from investments were a bit confusing. I later found out that this was essentially a franchise operation and that he trained under my previous tax guy at the other location. Either way, super nice guy, great customer service, and got my taxes done with confidence. He had fair pricing and really took the time to explain any questions I had. I used to pay less with software like TurboTax but will never go back to that stuff as the software is simply not as good in my opinion. Highly recommended."
