"FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER RESPONDED! NEVER RECIEVED MY TAX RETURN, was given my refund amount and then GHOSTED!!!!"

"This might be my worst customer experience ever. I uploaded my tax document to their portal on March 14th. After not hearing anything for a week, I started sending follow up emails and phone calls (first red flag). Finally, on March 23rd, I received a reply and phone call to confirm that they had received the documents and are working on my taxes. On March 30th, I received an email requesting income information that was provided in my initial email (second red flag). I responded the same day with the requested information. On April 13th, I realized that I have not received any confirmation that my taxes had been e-Filed. I started leaving voicemails in addition to my emails at the office at this point, and I did not receive a response until the following Wednesday - apparently the office hours after April 15th are Wednesday; 9am - 12pm. When I finally did receive a response, the person was not able to confirm whether my taxes have been filed or not. After a few weeks of reconfirming the information provided, I am still not able to confirm whether my taxes were or will be filed. I asked if I should hire someone else to do my taxes today, and the response was "I cannot make that decision for you". The only positive that I can find is that at least they have not tried to bill me for the services yet. I am only using Budhy Santoso to do my taxes because he purchased the business from my previous accountant when she retired last year. There were no issues with the filing of my taxes last year, so I am not sure what the problem is/was this year."
