"Extremely rude and unprofessional people. I want to give them a negative 0 star too bad the option isnt available. Do not go here you will be charged 500$ for filing fees and make you pay upfront if you have to pay in. They take calls that don't pertain to you when they are working with you on your appointment, and they don't tell you everything you should know. They also dont give an option to pay little by little it's all or nothing and then when you refuse they become even more hostile the man tossed my paper work across the desk woth a massive attitude."

"My wife and I used their service last week while we sat thier the man in the next cubical used the N word towards his computer that had malfunctioned this man was the owner I believe Loyd we reluctantly continued and was told my friend only was getting back less than 300 dollars we went to HR block told to amend her taxes so she Did now her return is over 5000 dollars Liberty taxes in Antioch are racist and incompetent and very rude"

"Terrible, terrible place to go. I had dropped off my tax items to have them do my return. Lots of write-offs due to work travel. When I returned to sign and look over their work I was amazed(and freaked out) they hadn't even done them! With no time to have them in on time I ended up paying the penalty and having them done elsewhere."
