"Data Breach, This is my personal experience i faced and believe. Recently i signed up for their service. and provided all my PID (personal id details including Phone number, SSN for all my family menbers, and my mailing address history). within a month of providing all the details to them, i am receiving a call from another online tax filer service called "ONLINE tax filer" calling me and asking to file the tax with their company. i am suprised when i received the call. i am sure i did not sign up or search for tax filing online because i already have traditional tax filing company who filing my tax for several years. so there is no need for me to search online for others. i asked the person call me who provided my personal number to your company since i did not signed up for your service. he mentioned their marketting department provided to them. i did ask him how your marketting department has access to my confidential details. he mentioned some companies sell the data to other companies. and he did not ready to discuss further with me. so here the RED FLAG i provide my details only to US tax filers and my details leaked to Online tax filers. i am not telling the management doing it. i doubt there is a mole in the company, some empolyees steal customer details and selling to other companies for ransome, this might be happened. in order to make sure the leak from ustax filers. i call other person who refered me to this service and verified, he receives a call from online tax filer too. we both not connected in any ways except US tax filers. in that case i strongly belive the breach happened on US Tax filers side. regarding this i sent email to US TAX filers and call them to discuss about the breach. but the person talking to me keep telling its not happen on our end. and they protect customer data. i am not buying this from them. i asked him to connect to their manager. they mentioned they will reach out to me, but several week passed no calls from them. no response for my email. lesson learned dont go for cheap services. it will come with the heavy price tag with troubles in the future. this is my personal experience i faced. if you faced the same, write a awerness post, rewives, tag and comment. atlest someone else will be secured by you in some places."

"Worst company, doesnt have basic qualifications to file taxes, staff are undertrained, no clue of who the owner is or how to contact him. They just have one motto to get the maximum refund to the client regardless of the norms. If you file with them, you get audits from IRS and the state boards for rest of your life. stay away from this file yourself or choose reputed company or any independent filer in the area not these people. I am getting audits from tax boards for my 2015 tax filing even in year 2020."
