"Really bad service. They put me on the wrong policy. I had ask for full cover on both cars only one was full cover. They never gave me an official contract just ID cards. The manager did not help at all and said I should have read the contract. What contract of the employee didn’t give me one. So upset very bad service. I ask for a copy of my contract she said she would be back at 4pm. I waited until 4:30 along with 3 other customers and she was no where to be seen. So I had to leave. Muy mal servicio."
