"Unacceptable. First, the photo on her web site is about 25 years old. Works out of her home which has little evidence of security of financial documents you provide. Explained nothing and asked no questions so who knows if i truly paid the least possible tax. Failed to mention that CA had an automatic fed & state extension to October so i paid out a large sum unnecessarily forfeiting 6 months interest compounded since first est tax payment was unnecessary (i am new to the state). Misspelled my name on the return and did not want to redo. Does not respond to questions after taking (a lot of) your money. Website certificate is invalid. Advertises tax planning services but made no suggestions about that."
