"I didn't have a good experience this year. I usually do. The fired my favorite tax preparer 2 years ago. This was my first year in business as a handyman. I thought the "tax professionals" would have detailed info on my taxes, the write offs I should be eligible for, and tell me if I missed anything. After all, the promise of getting your maximum refund indicates they know what they are doing. But this "pro" brushed all of my questions off with general dead end statements that clarified nothing. They avoided going into specific details on anything. When I asked her a series of direct questions (like why am I paying $2000.00 on $7000.00 of unemployment, they didn't know anything. They told me "I don't know, I just enter the information in the computer and it does the work for me." I'm certain that there are write offs that I missed. I'm probably going to get audited because they didn't allow me to upload my invoices, or any proofs of income at all besides a 10-99 from a company I did sub-contracting work for. They charged me over $600 and I am done. I have used H&R block for 5 straight years. The "pro" I used should be fired. I'm never going back to this location again. Edit: Automated apology definitely NOT accepted. Nobody from H&R read this."

"I will not use H&R Block well this branch atleast like really you want me to drop my stuff off and you don't have them done on time and have to reschedule me well you lost me as a customer I will just use Turbotax from now on they folks are a rip off too they don't follow covid-19 protocol and they also don't do taxes correctly very upset"
