Reviews of Woodbury Community Association
"As a Renter it has been very challenging to communicate with the office and use the amenities. My landlord is not in the state and has never lived in my home. The office is not willing to work with us on renting out the clubhouse and making us jump through hoops for any information. I also was not aware initially that they use round up and I have a baby so that is a big minus for me The gym equipment stays broken for months now and the gym doesn't get cleaned very often The pool heater has been broken for over a month now I just also have to mention the lack of understanding and willing to help by the office staff. So sad for the amount it costs to live there Our power goes out when we plug the vacuum cleaner Will not be looking to buy in this community"
"Beautiful! Enjoyed our day. Water was perfect temperature. Wish the kiddy pool next door was further away. Extremely loud kids at pool next door, not taught to be respectful of others. Parents and lifeguards need to remind children this is a shared space to be enjoyed by all. :)"
"Great family and resident events are held here at the community center. They just held their annual Halloween event - a lot of fun for young and old!"
"This place is amazing. It's huge and has everything you could ask for. It has a wonderful lawn with lighting. An amazing 2 set grill with sinks. Dining area inside is amazing and huge. Well lit and furnished. It has nice big clean bathrooms. It has a usual kitchen and fridge that are great. It has 2 huge pools with amazing scenery. There's a Jacuzzi and a full volleyball court. It's only $250 for the whole day. Everything is great and clean, super easy and simple. I highly recommend."
"Good place to host private parties. My only complaint is entering the building requires a badge or for your host to find something to prop the door open as guests arrive. On multiple occasions guests had to wait for someone to let them in."
