"Anna Grim is a disrespectful and dishonest person who decided to cancel my membership at the gym yesterday December19th, 2023. She doesn't know how to conduct herself neither how to manage anything in an ethical and professional way. Yesterday after, she decided to cancel my membership I follow her to the front desk and she asked for my name and phone number and after that she said "Ok I canceled you membership" and I asked her " When will I get my refund since I already paid for the month" and she said that it will be back into my bank account within few days. And she is a dishonest person because today I received an email from the gym's Customer Service with her name at the end of the letter stating in that letter that: I requested to cancel my membership and that I need it to pay for one more month and that I had access to the gym until February 9, 2024. How is that possible it's unbelievable that she took the decision all by herself to end my membership and it was not my decision at all. Today I called Anna again and she said that "The email was an automated response and that it din't have nothing to do with how things happened and that I will get my refund back and I asked her that I needed a letter stating how things really happened and she said that if I needed an email she will send it to me and I said "Yes, please send it". I"M STILL WAITING FOR THAT EMAIL. Horrible guess service."

"Had a lifetime membership which was not honored. Could not get a trial to see if I even like the gym because I "showed up in the computer" as a previous member when I had my lifetime membership which was not recognized. Very frustrating experience and poor customer support."

"Love this gym (especially since I’ve been back after the remodel that happened recently)!!!! They have all the equipment you need and a turf area. I go there mainly for classes (which are also bomb). They have classes for all fitness levels and all ages. It’s a super inclusive space. I see people come in of all ages and body types. It’s also suuuuper affordable. I got a great deal when I signed up to come back to the gym."

"I like coming here because planet fitness is gay and doesn't have all the equipment i need and plus it looks clean and brightly lit with big windows, nice colors with white and blues and a good choice of machines and spaces and isn't too messy looking. I like gyms that are spacious, brightly lit and have good colors and layout/machines."
