"I am not happy with the service I got last year. I think this place is a scam. I filed my tax with them last year and they kept giving me different numbers every time. First they told me I owe over $1700 in tax. when I told them it does not make sense, they called again and said : Oh no. we made a mistake, you will get big refund. Even that kept changing from call to call. Finally the main accountant "Kumar" called me and said that his employee made a mistake and I am supposed to get big refund "Over $2000. I filed then he asked for $250 which I found unreasonable. I negotiated to $150. I paid and filed through them. Few months later I get a letter from IRS that I owe money!!! These people either a scammers or they don't know what they are doing. Save your money and use Turbotax or go somewhere else."
