"I've been going here for 15 years, give or take. But Pete "Cruz" is gone, as is the wizardry that made him and his business both famous and beloved. In the past, they would have a junior person do a preliminary pass, then Pete or Alain would look it over and work their magic. None of that happens now. They are just like every other tax service now, except twice as expensive."

"Wasn't a pleasant experience. It wasn't the same since the company got sold to a new owner. First year, they have missed to add our dependent which was later found out after we paid a hefty amount of service fee. We never got our tax refund and never refunded any service charges. Despite the previous unsatisfactory service from the new company, we still gave another year a try. This year it wasn't as horrible as the last year but the service fee just skyrocketed. It's so high that your refund can only covers their service fee. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. It's really not worth the money and the risk."
