"Closed a business in 2015 Wayne knew at the time. IRS is coming after me for a failed tax return for 2016. Apparently Wayne forgot to check the FINAL box. Called today to see if Wayne would file the necessary paperwork due to his lack of detail on my filing. His response was sure for a nominal fee. Personally this is something that he should have done in 2015. UPDATE: after further discussion Wayne did make good of this after all. It just caught me off guard when I received the letter from the IRS and in the end Wayne realized what had happened and took care of everything. We are all good. Hope your experience is a good one.
