"This firm purchased Steve Freeman's firm last year and it's been downhill ever since. I tried to access my data which used to be readily available but it all disappeared. When I called multiple times to resolve, everyone I spoke to had no idea why I couldn't see it and made no effort to resolve. I will be taking my business to a more competent and caring group. I would avoid since they have no interest in keeping customers. Apparently the business is doing so well, they don't need to retain existing clients."

"Our accountant of many years retired and sold his practice to Mr Drews. Mr Drews then sent a letter shortly after the acquisition that he was dropping many off the other accountant clients as of August 31 however I didn't receive the letter till September 7. I run a business and give my clients the courtesy of a 30 day notice if things are changing apparent Mr. Drews does not believe in being courteous further more when he completed our business taxes they were incorrect and trying to get Mr Drews firm to make the corrections was like pulling teeth. I would not recommend this firm unless you don't care what kind of service you get."
