"Stopped in w a friend to shop for his Rv. Very welcoming and professional staff on hand, knowledgeable and friendly too. Beautiful work area, not that I look for that but, plenty of space for any Rv inside. Great place in their seemingly 'off the grid' location. Easy to access, right off the I-15 with plenty of parking. Services they offer are above all. If they can't repair it, and it may not be repairable,, they'll find one to replace it. Stop in and check 'em out. If you need most anything "Rv", here it is. You can bring your skates, you'll find plenty of cool Honey Badger, there just isn't a rink like before ;)"
"Holy cow, these guys are fricken great, honest, and on time. From the time I called and spoke to a very nice young lady. She got me an appointment within 2 days. They solved both problems i was concerned about. Then they realized my electricity on batteries were not hooked up correctly, not only fixed it they put it on the regular time for the other issues. Basically they could have charged me for another hour, and they didn’t. Totally honest shop and they have my business. Thank you."

"Extremely disappointed and shocked. I really wanted to give a local place our business, but never again. First: lack of communication and miscommunication, followed by outright childish nastiness by someone who clearly doesn’t give a hoot about customer service. My niece lives in her van conversion with her 11-year-old son after being forced out of their apartment by new owners who were renovating. She needed to get an estimate on some work, and get back on the road quickly, and was promised the van would be looked at on Friday if she brought it in first thing that morning. When they hadn’t called by 4:30 that afternoon, she called them, and was told they closed in ½ hour, and were not open on the weekend. We couldn’t make it down in time to pick it up, so they were stuck without enough of her or her son’s medications. The shop still didn’t even start looking at the van until late Monday afternoon, so Tuesday morning I took her down to pick it up and cut our losses. The “gentleman” at the counter said he would have the van brought around, and I said basically what I said above, about being disappointed. I would have continued with the bit about giving business to a local outfit, but he cut me off, waving at all the customers’ folders on the wall, saying they had been waiting much longer (should you really be telling me that?!) At that point I think my niece and I more or less simultaneously said, reasonably politely, something like “if you were that busy, shouldn’t you have let us know?” to which he replied “Don’t tell me how to run my business!” OKAAAAAAAAY… I probably wouldn’t have said anything else except he was just SO nasty, and what popped out was that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. At that he then said “So now you’re threatening me? Get out! Just GO!” I don’t think there is much else to say except that at least they didn’t try to charge us, although I was prepared for that. It just really makes me sad to have to give someone local such a bad review, and I hope he will get some customer service training and anger management therapy."
