"MFK was great fixing up my water damaged balcony deck. The deck was only 7 years old, but not correctly seal originally and lacked proper slope, so it became waterlogged and rotten. They replaced all the rotten parts, reinforced the existing wood, sprayed mold killer, updated the slope for proper drainage, and properly sealed it with a new floor. Great communication throughout the entire process and very professional."
