"Ok. Their horrible customer service on the phone sent me to another company here in Long Beach. The woman I spoke with at LB Heating & AC was incredibly bossy, demanding and plain rude. Did I mention DIFFICULT? She made me feel very uncomfortable. I gave 2 stars in this review out of gratitude because they helped us with our furnace a few years ago. Just a word: this is the holiday season and a little warmth goes a long way! We found Becker & Sons a refreshing change. Glad we decided to go with them instead. We were given items to be addressed by our inspection and Mario went through each item line by line and addressed what was necessary. I appreciate him telling us what is not actually required because when you buy a house everything is expensive so I really feel like they weren't trying to run up our bill.
