"Unorganized*** Made an appointment, received a call and text to confirm the appointment, which I did. Then I get a call the day of, telling me that they double booked me, so we rescheduled. I then got a text confirmation about my appointment. I arrive to my appointment, and yet again they double booked me. They were helping someone else and told me that if I waited 15 minutes they would help me. I waited 25 minutes and then they started helping the next appointment. How can double booking happen two times in a row? I recommend doing your taxes on your own instead of going to this location. Wasted my time."

"Made the mistake of coming here to file my taxes. Fast forward to a month later still no Federal or CA has been refunded, thought this was weird considering they say 21 days should be the longest. After looking over the tax paperwork provided, notice that the account number for my checkings was entirely off but the routing number was correct. Called them and explained the problem, was told that the lady that helped me with the taxes would be in later that day and will give me a call, never received a call. Never emailed me, called, text, etc. Long story short, save your money for someone that actually knows what they are doing and is able or willing to provide customer service if THEY messed up. Sad world we live in, good luck!"
